Street Empire Rules
Goal · Be the last crew standing. Build wealth and collect rent to bankrupt rivals.
Your turn · Roll two dice, move clockwise, resolve the tile, then end your turn.
Unowned block · Buy it at the listed price or pass; passed properties can be auctioned.
Owned block · Pay the owner rent. Complete color sets and buildings increase rent.
Build · Own a complete color set to upgrade it. Upgrades cost CASH and increase rent.
GO & events · Collect your GO payout when passing GO. Follow Chance, Community, tax and other tile instructions.
Jail · Landing on Just Visiting is free. Go To Jail sends you to jail; follow the release options shown in-game.
Debt · When rent or tax is due, pay before ending your turn. If short on CASH, sell buildings or mortgage owned blocks.
Bankruptcy · If you cannot pay after liquidating your assets, declare bankruptcy. Deeds go to the rival you owe; bank debts return deeds to the market.
Fair play · All crews, including bots, follow the same rules. Online matches use demo CASH; no wallet wagers or payouts.
